Can I bring my own glass?
Send a photograph, dimensions and any known glass type before bringing it in. Whether an existing piece can be processed must be checked; customer-supplied glass is not automatically accepted.
Overview
Use glass cutting enquiries to explain the job before choosing a specification: a replacement pane, shaped piece or a new panel. If you already have a dimensioned cutting list, use glass cutting to size. For repeated pieces and drawing requirements, see precision machine cutting.

Buying questions
Send a photograph, dimensions and any known glass type before bringing it in. Whether an existing piece can be processed must be checked; customer-supplied glass is not automatically accepted.
Describe whether the measurement is the opening or the required finished panel. Let the team confirm the fitting allowance rather than subtracting an arbitrary amount yourself.
Ask whether the quotation includes edge finishing and which edges will remain exposed. Cutting, polishing, holes and delivery should be clear before you order.
Your enquiry
Purpose of the finished piece. Opening or panel dimensions, clearly labelled. Approximate information is enough to start; label it as approximate.
New supply or customer-supplied glass. Exposed edges and collection requirements. Flag anything that still needs a decision.
Confirm the selected product, dimensions, quantity and included work. Ask whether transport, fitting and taxes are included, and agree an estimated schedule.
Site visits are chargeable. A refund or adjustment when work is awarded is subject to agreed terms. Confirm the amount, coverage and conditions before booking.
